You acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions when submitting any ideas or, suggestions (hereinafter, "Suggestions") subject to the following Submissions Policy:

1. Suggestions will be shared with the producers of Saber Hacer™.
2. Neither Saber Hacer nor any of its affiliated companies or entities, are obligated to use your Suggestions or to pay you for any Suggestions.
3. It is possible similar Suggestions may be submitted to Saber Hacer by multiple sources and that a Suggestion may be similar to ideas generated or developed independently by Saber Hacer employees.
4. All Suggestions shall become the property of Saber Hacer and will not be subject to any obligation of confidentiality. Saber Hacer shall not be liable for any use or disclosure to a third party of any of the Suggestions.
5. Saber Hacer shall exclusively own all known or later existing rights to the Suggestions worldwide and shall be entitled to the unrestricted use of the Sugesstions for any purpose without compensation to the provider of Suggestions.
